Scientific Yoga runs intensive, residential training on Yoga in India. As a founder of Scientific Yoga, Dr Bharat Bhushan leads Yoga training, Meditation training, Yoga philosophy training and continuing education workshops and retreats in over multiple places in India. Yogguru Bhushan is an accomplished Yoga practitioner adept in Astang & Hatha Yoga and an revered Yoga trainer with an outstanding track record in academics. He is an M.Sc. in Yoga & Human Consciousness and M.A. in Philosophy from Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya , Haridwar and Post Graduation in Philosophy as well. His unstoppable curiosity in Yoga has inspired him so much that he wrote an extensive thesis on a topic related to Yoga and completed his PhD in Philosophy.

Apart from being a Doctorate he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga & Human Consciousness and also in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (DNYS) .he has completed extensive training in advanced pranic psychotherapy healing .Yogguru Dr Bharat Bhushan is a QCI certified Yoga professional recognized by Ministry of AYUSH ,Govt. Of India .His so many Research Papers and Articles got published in national as well in international Journals and Mangzines . he is a regular spokeperson at National and international conferences on topics related to Yoga and he also gave guidence by his knowledge to many peoples in Yoga exhibitions . Yoga training has been a part of his life for over 13 years. He has been successfully conducted so many camps, seminars, classes, training sessions across multiple societies, campuses, institutions and outdoors also. In his classes, he loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help practitioners deepen his practice. Dr. Bhushan seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing the body, mind and soul with yoga, naturopathy & ayurveda.

His yoga training is based on 8 rungs of Yoga as postulated by Patanjali in Yoga Sutra namely Yama, Niyama, Aasan, Pranayama , Pratyahar, Dharana , Dhyan & Samadhi . He also inspires the practitioners to include correct Bandh , correct Daily routine (nitya karma) and correct diet to garner best results from yoga training. His ability to understand the pain and heal people across the age and gender distinguishes him from the rest of the trainers.At Scientific yoga his training philosophy brings Scientific approach to the ancient yoga tradition and emphasizes on healing by happiness , peace and meditation which impacts not just body but mind & souls sequentially.
